1. Quotation & Validity

• Quotation valid for 15 days.

• Prices exclude VAT, delivery, and installation, unless stated.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Orders confirmed via email or signed quotation.

• 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before unloading at the project site.

• Clients must ensure site access for unloading/setup.

6. Warranty & Support

• Warranty: 12–24 months.

• Support via Zalo, WeChat, phone.

• On-site maintenance available under long-term contracts.

7. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancel within 24 hours: full refund.

• After production starts: deposit non-refundable.
